NEW SERVICE! Pelvic Health Corrective Exercise Sessions

Your body is designed to be strong, active and to move. Exercise can often be one of the first things you stop when pelvic health issues arise. Uncertainty and questions about safe ways to exercise for those with prolapse, diastasis recti, incontinence and pelvic pain are real and it can be difficult to find consistent knowledge on how to safely return to exercise. MOJO is now offering corrective exercise sessions designed exactly for this purpose! 


These sessions are one-on-one coaching with a certified corrective exercise specialist to complement the work you are doing with your physical therapist. Each session will look at your specific needs and focus on improving posture, breathing patterns, core strength and pelvic health. 


We are thrilled to announce that the fabulous Celinda Smith is joining our team again and will be the one leading you through this amazing service.

Welcome back, Celinda!


Celinda Smith is a certified ACSM personal trainer with over 7 years of experience training women. She grew up in Ohio and attended Miami University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her career has always centered on helping others which led her to complete a Master of Science in Professional Counseling.


Becoming a mother pivoted her career away from traditional counseling and sparked a new passion of fitness for pregnant and postpartum women. She dove into learning everything she could about pre and postnatal fitness and ran a group fitness franchise for over 6 years. During this time, she learned about pelvic health and was immediately hooked. Celinda is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She offers corrective exercise sessions to help improve posture, breathing patterns, core strength and pelvic stability with a goal of getting women back into all types of exercise. Her desire is to help women feel strong and confident. New, current and previous MOJO clients are welcome to schedule a session. 

In her free time, Celinda loves swimming, binging audiobooks and running. There is never a dull moment in her house with two spunky daughters and her outdoorsy husband.
