Sadie was born and raised in Union City, Tennessee. She attended Middle Tennessee State University where she received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.
Sadie’s passion for pelvic health sparked during a clinical rotation as a third year PT student. She realized that this population is extremely underserved and now wants to help those with chronic pelvic problems reclaim their lives. Sadie strives to treat the root cause of her patient’s symptoms with a hands-on, holistic approach to provide long-lasting results. She enjoys listening to her patients, encouraging them, and providing them with hope that they can find relief.
Outside of work Sadie enjoys lifting weights, running, and staying active. She also loves spending time with friends, family, and her dog Bella.
