Rachel was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended The University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she majored in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she moved back home to Memphis to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She has completed her core pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Her interest in the field began when her sister received care from MoJo Pelvic Health, and she was drawn to the incredible impact it had on her sister, her health, and her overall well-being. Since then, Rachel has completed a rotation with MoJo in her third year of physical therapy school, shadowed multiple pelvic health specialists and connected with so many women and men about the life changing effects of this specialty.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and family, working out at Shred 415, eating at delicious restaurants around Memphis and all things Memphis Grizzlies!
