Lauren Baker

Lauren Baker was raised in Olive Branch, MS and now lives in Hernando, MS with her husband, two young children, and two fur babies. 

She received her BS in Kinesiology- Clinical Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University then graduated from The University of Mississippi Medical Center with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. 

Her interest in pelvic health began after she was a postpartum patient herself with MOJO. Lauren discovered the pelvic health physical therapy setting aligned with her mission of empowering and supporting women to live more fulfilling lives and to believe they are made for more. 

Lauren is trained and certified in Dry Needling and has experience in orthopedics and wellness, treating athletes, weekend warriors, busy moms, and people looking to reclaim their quality of life. Her favorite thing about her career is the special honor of working so closely with patients to listen, treat, problem solve, and educate to help them live a fuller life. 

Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys fitness, nutrition, running, traveling, farmers markets, sunshine, and especially coffee. You can find her spending time with her husband and children, curating her coffee recipe, and listening to her favorite podcast.
