Audra Gehan

Physical Therapist
PT, DPT, PCES

Born and raised in upstate New York, Audra majored in biology with minors in chemistry and psychology at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, and she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical University.

Her interest in pelvic health began in physical therapy school during a guest lecture. While listening to the lecture, she could relate to the issues discussed from her own experiences with pain and urinary dysfunction as a female athlete. Her desire for more information drove her to attend her first pelvic floor course. Upon completing the coursework, she knew she had found her passion.

Since then, she has completed 100-plus hours of continuing education focused on pelvic floor dysfunction, trigger-point dry needling and female athletes. She also has her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification.

Audra treats a variety of issues in both men and women including urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, hip pain, low-back pain and pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum issues.

Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with her two dogs and fiancé and being active with running and CrossFit.
