Anna grew up in Eads, Tennessee, just outside of Memphis. She attended University of Tennessee - Knoxville receiving a degree in Journalism & Electronic Media. She then returned to Memphis to pursue a career in advertising working with local and global agencies.
Anna's passion for pelvic health began as a personal one. After years of suffering through debilitating menstrual cramps, incontinence and hip pain during exercise, a pivotal moment brought her to pelvic health. In 2018 she experienced a miscarriage that left her unable to even walk. After only 3 months of therapy, Anna became pregnant. Her hope is that her journey to and through pregnancy inspires others to listen more to their bodies and their own intuition. And, ultimately, to encourage those suffering from pelvic pain to seek pelvic floor physical therapy.
When Anna is not spreading MOJO's capabilities to the masses, you’ll find Anna listening to a podcast, deep in a recipe book, cooking, running, lifting and/or spending time with her husband (Daniel), daughter (Margaret) and two English Springer Spaniel dogs (Winston + George).
