She has extensive training in orthopedics and pelvic health with a focus on pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/post partum conditions. Sara Lynn addresses these dysfunctions through a team approach and by treating the whole person using manual/"hands-on" techniques, visceral mobilization, exercise, trigger point dry needling, and lots of education. Her pelvic health training includes the completion of numerous courses through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health.

Prior to founding MOJO, Sara Lynn developed and managed a pelvic health physiotherapy program that grew to 12 pelvic health clinics across five states. She worked with a group to successfully open and manage the first stand-alone pelvic health physiotherapy clinic in the Memphis region. She has been integral in developing training programs and educating physical therapists and physical therapy students about pelvic health. She teaches a pelvic health course at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in the Physical Therapy Program and has lectured on pelvic health in the PTA program of Concorde Career College. She also has provided educational opportunities for various groups throughout the region.

Sara Lynn is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree with highest honors from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.
